Types of Relief Cases

Benefit in the form of relief measures can be claimed in case of various categories of injuries caused to men and material, including animals. These relief measures can be claimed by filling up the relevant forms.
These forms are as follows:

Form 1 Human Death
Claims related to loss of human life
Form 2 Human Injury
Injury, loss of limb/eye, grievous injury
Form 3 Animal Loss
Death of milch animals, draught animals & poultry
Form 4 Property Damage
Houses, huts, shops, cattle sheds, utensils & household goods
Form 5 Agriculture & Livelihood
Crop damage, land loss, fishermen & artisan tools

Provides clear and transparent information regarding fees paid by citizens.

Patwari Diary Module

Enables Patwaris to maintain daily diaries online, improving monitoring and reporting.

Designed and developed by the Department of Digital Technologies and Governance, Himachal Pradesh, and implemented by the Department of Land Records, Himachal Pradesh, the portal stands as a benchmark initiative for transparent and citizen-friendly administration.
