  1. This website (Revenue Management System or RMS) is a fully-owned website of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
  2. In general, this website does not capture or store any personally identifiable information in its open sections.
  3. It captures information for certain sections that requires the user to register and then login to avail those sections. Such information are:
    1. Clearly labelled and identified information provided by the user. These include certain information that are mandatory, and certain information that are optional, should the user choose to provide such information.

  4. Where any information of the user is saved, it saves it for such duration as is required to avail such information.
  5. Information provided by the user is never sold or given to any private person or body outside the Government of Himachal Pradesh, or the Government of India, or their various bodies.
  6. Information provided by the user might be used to integrate other services provided by other organs of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, or the Government of India, or their various bodies, so as to provide better service to the user.
  7. Information contained on this website belongs to a “public authority” as defined in the Right to Information Act, 2005, and as such, is available under RTI - unless such information is exempted under Section 8 of the Act.
